Uplift Application Process

There are several steps in our application process. Please follow these steps to apply.

STEP 1: Verify your child's eligibility to apply to and attend an Uplift Education school.  

STEP 2: Create an infosnap user ID and password.
When you start the application, you will need to create an infosnap ID and password. If you have previously applied a child to an Uplift school, please use your previous InfoSnap log-in information. Your personal contact information will automatically be added to the current form, but should be updated if necessary and checked for accuracy. 

STEP 3: Complete the application form.

Enter information about your child's age and grade, contact information, and select the school(s) of interest. you will need:

  • copy of your child's birth certificate
  • an email address 


STEP 4:  Submit the application form.
We recommend that you complete and submit the application in one session.  An email confirmation will be sent to the email of record.  The confirmation email will include a list of frequently asked questions regarding Uplift's Lottery process.
